Here are a few of the kites that were flying at the park. Our friend from Church said that there are normally a lot more kites, but it seemed like there were a lot out today.

People in this area of China really respect Deng
Shao Ping. This is a statue of him in the middle of the park. The statue is on the top of a hill and people make the trek up the hill on a daily basis to pay homage. He declared
Shenzhen the first economic free zone. It worked out well.
